Hello! My name is Yasmeen, and I am a dedicated advocate of healthy living and feeling one's best. If you share this passion, you've come to the right place. I provide discreet coaching services to exceptional clients seeking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. As a nutritionist, life coach, and motivator, I offer a comprehensive approach to wellness.

With more than a decade of experience in the nutrition field, I have devoted my life to promoting healthy habits. However, this was not always the case. During my early teenage years, I paid little attention to my health and consumed heavily processed foods, exercised rarely, and battled anxiety. Determined to make a change, I pursued a degree in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, followed by a culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Subsequently, I obtained a master's degree in Global Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London, UK. Additionally, I completed a health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and since then, I have been joyfully coaching clients to achieve optimal wellness.

Leveraging my expertise and experience, it is an honor to guide my clients in realizing their full potential and purpose. As your coach, my objective is to provide the support, knowledge, and motivation necessary to achieve your goals. I recognize that each individual's journey towards wellness is unique; thus, I create tailor-made programs that align with your health and life goals, incorporating necessary lifestyle changes that enable you to achieve long-term success.
